What is the network speed?
By default the uplink speed is capped at 100 Mbps up and down. Do you need more capacity? During the order process the uplink speed can be upgraded for an additional fee.
Is adult / unethical content allowed?
Yes. We allow customers to host adult or related content. We also allow our customers to host unethical content.
What is not allowed?
(D)DoS (related), phishing, e-mail spam and all other activities forbidden by Dutch law are not allowed and will result in permanent termination.
Which operating systems can I choose?
We only offer Linux based operating systems such as: CentOS, Ubuntu, Debian, Fedora, OpenSUSE. You can upload your own ISO if you wish.
Can I upgrade my VPS after ordering?
Yes, you can! You can upgrade your vps package any time you want within our client area. Downgrading is not possible to prevent data loss.
Can I order additional IP addresses?
Yes, you can order additional IP addresses during the order process. If you want more than the configurator allows, contact our support.
Can I resell your services?
We offer a reselling program for companies to use our premium hardware and network. We give discounts as your company grows. See our reseller page
Can I have a test IP?
